Nicole Pullella is a 2008 magna cum laude graduate of Widener University where she earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Spanish.

Nicole obtained her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 2011. While attending law school, she interned with the Office of the District Attorney of Philadelphia in the Family Violence and Sexual Assault Unit, served as a Chadwick Constitutional Education Fellow, and clerked for Delaware’s Office of the Child Advocate.

Notably, upon completion of her clerkship, Nicole was commissioned by the Office of the Child Advocate to author a Widener University law review article addressing the State of Delaware’s response to the sexual abuse case involving pediatrician Earl Bradley. Her article provided a critical examination of the State’s historical failure to aggressively investigate and prosecute child abuse cases, even when substantial evidence of such a crime existed. The article further offered a guide to best practices for child welfare workers, forensic investigators, police officers and prosecutors.

Following graduation from law school, Nicole worked for small firms handling workers’ compensation, personal injury, social security, bankruptcy and estate matters throughout Pennsylvania. She focused her practice solely on workers’ compensation defense in 2015.

Nicole is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey.

Nicole joined Carpenter, McCadden & Lane, LLP in February of 2018.
